Two decades of experience in tech learning management have strengthened my belief in the incredible power of human minds. Each and every one of us has the potential to achieve more. I learnt it well through my own journey that started a long time ago and still continues.

In my work, I stay committed to ideas and dreams of my clients. Each person is a talent and author of their lives, sometimes just waiting to be re-discovered. With a deeply personalized and exclusive approach, I bring light to hidden or blocking aspects, questioning in the right direction, and helping to unlock the door to new opportunities. For that I used all the skills and knowledge I gained during coaching and training sessions, while working in tech domain and supporting businesses and individuals as a consultant.

Life is a journey full of ups and downs. No matter the time, we can be overwhelmed and unsure of which direction to take. Whether you’re facing a major life transition such as relocation or having shifts in your personal life, know that you’re not alone. It’s natural to feel sometimes disappointed, lost and unmotivated.

That’s where I come in – as your dedicated life coach, offering you my support and guidance every step of the way. My coaching approach focuses less on diving into your past and more on looking into a positive future. Each of us has experienced the moment of considering a career change. Driven by a desire for new challenges, a professional level-up, or a need for a greater sense. In the realm of career advancement coaching, I offer you a journey of self-discovery and strategic planning, unlocking your full potential and positioning you for success in today’s competitive job market.

According to your goals, we can create a strong resume that highlights your strengths and achievements to get you ready for job interviews and negotiation meetings. We can work together to develop a personalized learning plan to enhance your major skills and keep you on top.

What does the process look like

Step 1. Discovery call

An introduction call is a 30 min free of charge online call to understand if we are the right fit to work together. 

  • If there is a match, we outline your goals and expectations and establish an agreement for a series of sessions to explore your challenges and opportunities. We can also agree to have a single session first in order to understand the process and outcomes better. And then continue according to your plan.
  • You will get 1-2 practical insights to apply immediately. 

Step 2. Coaching sessions

During 1 h long  sessions we’ll dive into the heart of your challenges, beliefs, and behaviours. Each session is a step closer to finding the answers you’re looking for.

  • Through questioning, active listening, and techniques, you uncover insights to take meaningful action towards your new mindset and success.  You will get more clarity and direction towards tangible outcomes. 
  • I will provide you with a chat for communication and support and individual assignments to master skills between sessions and move towards your goals.

Step 3. The finish line

As we wrap up our coaching journey, it’s time to celebrate achievements and progress you’ve made so far. We’ll have a special 45-minute session to consolidate all the results and share feedback.

Now, it’s your moment to take everything we’ve worked on and implement it in your life, continuing to grow and flourish.

While our current journey may be ending, I’m always here for any new requests or future guidance you may need. Your success is just the beginning of your ongoing journey of growth and transformation.

Who am I and how I work

I’ve been in the IT industry for 19 years, working in both enterprises and product companies, like GlobalLogic, Sigma Software Group, and Spryker GmbH as a consultant in Learning and Development with an expertise in Project Management. Studying Economics and Marketing gave me a solid foundation in business and customer care, which has been fundamental throughout my career. I’ve focused on educational projects that encourage teams and individuals to grow and improve continuously. I’m an Erickson Accredited Coach, having completed an ICF Accredited Program (Canada). Since 2021 based in Berlin (Germany), offering coaching and mentoring services in English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.

My values

In both my personal and professional life, I’m dedicated to a value-driven approach. It allows me to rely on my core motives and needs, ensuring that I am consistent and moving my path. My values influence every aspect of my life – family, work, health and beyond. I openly share them, even on this page, to offer my clients a deeper understanding of who I am. Energy is the foundation of our lives. It represents the inner power and resources that we need for daily tasks and, especially, for achieving our goals. I have experienced periods with very low energy, when I felt procrastinating. I also know what it’s like to be highly energized. When that necessary readiness for change appears, making it significantly easier to start and move towards goals at the required speed.

By default, we all have immense potential. This is a set of already developed and yet to be discovered abilities that enable us to achieve great results in life. My extensive experience in big enterprises have repeatedly shown me how much a person’s life can change with belief in their own strengths, a readiness to act, and the right set of tools. When you’re eager to discover new aspects, meanings, and roles within yourself, having the right support and help can make all the difference.

My family is my cornerstone. These are the people I love, navigate life with, and lean on. Family is where I truly feel like home, a place to celebrate greatest moments, hide from bad weather, recharge my batteries, enjoy solitude, or share laughter with loved ones. It is where I find the warmth and total support of my closest circle.

Everything in our lives is subject to change. Sooner or later, many of us seek new meaning – whether in life, work, or relationships. We may explore this journey on our own or with the help of a psychologist, coach, or friends. I find it important to understand what truly matters to us: the kind of impact or sense I want to bring, how we wish to be remembered, the projects we want to start, and the environment we want to be along the way.

I have always been driven by curiosity—blending ideas, mastering diverse skills, and uncovering unexpected insights. My own journey of self-discovery revealed how much more there was to learn, not just about the world but about myself. With the guidance of my mentors, I gained deeper self-awareness, purpose, and fulfilment. Today, I apply this creative approach to coaching, seeing each person as uniquely complex. I work exclusively with those ready to push boundaries and embrace transformation. My coaching is for those committed to real growth, where tailored strategies lead to results.

I admire my clients for their determination, intelligence, and many other personal qualities. It is a great honor for me to work with each of them and serve as a guide on their path of growth and success. Through clients, I see my own strengths and areas for development. With each new client, I reaffirmed the correctness of my choice of profession.

Probably, I was already born with the ability to delve deeply into things, sometimes even too much, as my friends often say. In my work, details and nuances are important. With each new request, I take a dive into my client’s topic and take a systematic approach. In addition to coaching, I offer other formats of cooperation, such as consulting or mentoring. In such cases, I prepare materials for study and homework in advance. Through a set of tools and techniques, my clients achieve the results they want.

For me, it’s all about making choices that truly align with the bigger picture — not just quick wins. It’s a mindset of thinking ahead, staying intentional, and building something that lasts. I practice this every day and help my clients do the same, so we can create meaningful success that stands the test of time.

Achievements and results are how I measure the outcome of my work on myself and my goals. It’s about success, resources invested and new plans. My work with clients is focused exclusively on results. Whatever they are. At the earliest stage of our cooperation, I always clarify what the desired result means for the client and what it should look like so we can understand the end point of our cooperation.

In any area I look for balance and harmony. This is what makes me feel good, inspired and confident.
